Acrylic Bending
DCSS has several ovens and heaters for bending acrylic and other plastics. The technology depends on the radius and thickness of the material. We bend our plastics for business customers both in series and for one-offs.
Bending Qualities of DCSS
For Heat bending, we use high-quality molds that we produce in-house. We have several ovens in our fabrication hall with which we can deform plastics such as acrylic, poly carbonate and PETG in one-axis and two-axis. We specialize in bending acrylic for, for example, counter and reception fronts, special cabinets and other furniture.
